The farm sink base is purpose-built for apron-front sinks. The cabinet front has a cutout opening (33"W x 6"H) that lets the face of your farmhouse sink show through, which is the whole point of owning one. Two doors below provide access to the plumbing. The interior is unobstructed for supply lines and drain connections. At 36 inches wide, it fits most standard 30-inch to 33-inch apron-front sinks.
